Pew Pew Island is published by AI-LABZ. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
How to ask
- Open the game and note your player name and tag, shown in the Friends menu (for example Rookie#1234).
- Email ailabzsupport@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Pew Pew Island account and your player name and tag.
- We may ask you to confirm from inside the game, so nobody can delete someone else’s account.
- We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your player name and tag
- Your account key
- Your coins, owned heroes and chosen hero
- Your friends list, friend requests and party data
What we keep
- Server connection logs (including IP addresses) for up to 30 days, for security, then they are deleted.
- Analytics events and crash reports already sent to Google Firebase, until Firebase deletes them (at most 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports). We also ask Firebase to delete the data linked to your account ID.
- Nothing else. Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and coins and heroes are lost.
